Industry-Leading Training

At PSA, we want to make sure that all of our nurses are well-prepared and comfortable in the homes of the children they visit. That’s why we have a special training center at each location to help you refresh and train on any skill you might need.

Make a Difference in the Lives of Children and Families

Ask any of our nurses and you will see that this is more than a job. It’s a chance to make an incredible difference in the life of a child who needs you desperately.

Our Values

Being a PSA Healthcare Trusted Employee will allow you to contribute to our overall mission of providing Trusted Care by embodying our values of Taking Action, Giving Care, and Building Trust.

One-on-One Nursing

Pediatric home care is nursing in its purest form – one nurse caring for one patient without the stress and strain of other settings. Working here, you’ll have the time to get to know your patients and see the difference you’re making.

Through a family-centered care approach, PSA Healthcare nurses work closely with the family to build confidence, and create and implement the right care plan. Care that supports family involvement. Care that improves the quality of lives and fosters independence.

Scholarship Program

At PSA Healthcare, we encourage our employees to advance their skills. Our competitive scholarship program is open to all PSA Healthcare employees for job-related education.

"I came to PSA in 2008 because I loved the idea of a one patient to one nurse ratio. I stayed with PSA since then due to the love I have for the kids."
